Hi Team,
We recently upgraded the internet link. The SSG140 was working fine with old link and VPN access via VPN access Manager.
But since we upgraded the link with WAN info (didnt touch any other settings). The VPN is not working anymore.
The strange part is I can only connect to the VPN via my hotspot from 4G network. I also tried to connect VPN from different spots eg. home, office, and other people's hotspot and none of them is working.
I have rebooted the firewall, but the issue still repeating. Not too sure anything needs to be checked from ISP end.
Please see the snapshot below from firewall event log and VPN access Manager. Any assistance for troubleshoot this issue will be appreciated.
