Hi,
Many Thanks for your response. That command is really useful. It lead me to what I think is the issue:
[SRX] FLOW:fast path pkt reroute failed (juniper.net)
In the mean time I've swapped the box for another to stabilise the Internet connectivity and I'm going to keep troubleshooting and see if I can get to the source of the issue.
Thanks again for your response and guidance!
Tom

Tom,
Not much information to go on. What interface is ge-0/0/0? Is that the ISP connection? The local network?
Try show security packet-drop records, very useful command, though not available in older versions of JunOS.
What are the packet you noticed being dropped? Was it a ping? Something else? Going from where to where?

Subject: SRX Flow Errors - No route present
Hi,
I have an issue that I'm struggling to troubleshoot and I'd like some advice if anyone can?
I am using an SRX300 as my router connected to a broadband service.
Packets are intermittently being dropped, every couple of minutes packets will be dropped and then it's fine again for a bit and then it happens again.
I've noticed that I have "No route present" errors increasing - When I run "show interface flow-statistics".
Can anyone provide any troubleshooting guidance?
I don't know where to start.
Many Thanks,
Tom
