This is a legacy community with limited Juniper monitoring.

  • 1.  Root admin's privilege has been reduced to Read-Write

    Hi all,

     

    I got a message

     

    Administrator: netscreen
    Root admin's privilege has been reduced to Read-Write

     

    How can change back root account have a highest level?

    Hello.

     

    One 1 "root" login is allowed at any given time.  This includes console.

     

    You can check the number of users logged in:

     

       get console

       get admin user

     

    Perhaps there's a stale session?  After all the other users with root permission is logged out, you should no longer see the message.
