SRX chassis cluster is only supported on identical model pairings.
There are power architecture and internal switching differences between the srx340 and srx345.
If you can't get identical models you would have to use other failover options like vrrp or dynamic routing. But these will not share session tables so there is generally a service disruption during the failover process while new sessions are established.

Hi,
the customer have existing SRX340 in production, and now have intention to add SRX345 in HA mode. Is it possible? In documentation it is writen that you can put in same HA cluster only same models, but this two models are phisicalz same only performace are different.
Thank you in advance,
