We don't use loopback for the connection.
The jsc connection has been implemented for months, but today it stopped working, and recent configuration changes have not been made either.

I have seen similar issues in the release you run related to the web-management configuration, especially when the JSC is built on the loopback.
Please check in config mode:
#show system services web-management
If you are using the loopback then add the physical interface also.

Hello Community
I have a recent problem with Juniper Secure Connect working, it was working fine until today.
When users try to connect with valid credentials, they receive the error message "Login: Invdalid JSON format"
I have investigated, however I cannot find a possible solution or anything that indicates the cause of the error.
Would anyone know what this message is about or have an idea how to solve it?
Thanks a regards.
