  • 1.  IGMP Snooping

    Hi,

     

    I'm looking for a little help enabling IGMP snooping, I've opted to use IGMP multicast WNLB with a handful of virtual machines becuase it seems to work better than unicast with my current network infrastructure and I am wondering how I enable IGMP snooping on a pair of Juniper SRX240's in a cluster, I only need it enabled on 1 reth group or 1 vlan within that reth group.

    but I couldn't find anything on the SRX, I'm running the latest firmware 10.4R1.9

    I doubt, IGMP-Snooping is supported in SRX-240 Cluster .

    Suggesting igmp snooping be disabled, I've already added the mac address to the arp table and everything is working but was wondering if the config should have snooping enabled when I'm using igmp multicast nlb.

     

    I guess I'll just let it run and see how it goes, thanks.
