In cisco for "show version" command we get the following
sho versionCisco IOS Software, C2960 Software (C2960-LANBASE-M), Version 12.2(35)SE5, RELEASE SOFTWARE (fc1)Copyright (c) 1986-2007 by Cisco Systems, Inc.Compiled Thu 19-Jul-07 20:06 by nachenImage text-base: 0x00003000, data-base: 0x00D40000
and so on...
here it shows "compiled Thu ... " a date when the box was compiled for the first time
My question is that what is the equvalant command for Juniper to find the same thing... I try with sho version but did not get my answer.
show system boot-messages
Which gives you goot version, CPU/ RAM buid date.
Thank you brow...
Thank you for your reply... but in cisco "compiled" means the box's first factory release date, some one can find the actual age of the box... but in Juniper srx "show version" or "show software version" only show sofware date, if i upgrade the junos then the date will be changed.
is there any way to find the actual factory age of the box?
