One of my switch got problem ..switch unable to start and LCD panel only show "Loading junos..."

It seems there is no external media installation software on the Juniper WEB site to repair an EX switch.
That would be fine if some Juniper Guys could post some advices here!
If no, You would only have to open a case; and I believe JTAC will be the only one, that will be able to help you.

If you have the software of the EX3200 you can copy it on an usb-stick. Reboot the switch and hit spacebar after you see hit space ...
You'll see loader>.
type the following thing:
install --format file:///file-name
The switch will install the software again. (I have only tested it on the Ex4200 but I think it's the same for the EX3200 series)
