    Hi,

Host(source) machine has 2 NIC cards. If 1 NIC disabled then only host can reachable destination IP address. If both NIC "Enable" host can reachable up to gateway IP address only. we have 2 firewall Cisco ASA5512 and SRX240
How can we allow traffic from host to destination if both NIC "Enabled"

Please find attached network diagram and config file.

    Thank you

Is it a linux or windows machine?

Not sure if I understood the question but only one nic can have a default gateway. You can add a static route on the host and route the interested traffic out from the nic which doesn’t have default-gateway assigned to it.

It is windows machine. Both NIC has different IP subnet. That single windows machine need to communicate with destination network through there respective interface/gateway IP.
