Hi, guys,
One of my SRX345 HA cluster stuck into the "recovery mode" "Octeon srx_345_ram#" after abrupt power loss. Unfortunately, It has not been configured auto-recovery.
What should I do to repair the SRX345 ?

Can you try the following command: boot
Also, have you tried rebooting it again (unplug from power source)? Please try this a couple of times.

We did press the "power button" in front panel of the SRX, still into "Octeon srx_345_ram#"

Performing a hardreset might also make the SRX to boot from the backup partition and from there you could later fix the primary partition: https://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB20554&actp=METADATA
