    Can i go for latest Junos OS upgrade on this device. Is there any impact.

    You can't or perhaps you shouldn't.

    Read the attached TSB, It's considered EoL

    To add some more info, you may come across the following KB/TSB, which we have extended the S/w support, but its for 1GB unit:

    Hi Karan,

     

    As per the below link, memory high utilization of SRX240 is normal behavious.

    Let me first try to upgrade Junos on Seconday SRX. I will update the result.

    Hi Nikhil,

     

    Thx, that thread is with 1GB unit, where as in your case, its 512Mb.

    Could you o/p show chassis routing-engine.
