    Hey Steven Paulson ,

    Thank you for the question!

    If connecting to the console via Windows leveraging putty:

    1. Use device manager to identify the COM port Assignment

    2. Launch putty and Select Serial 

        a. Set Serial line the COM port identified

        b. Set Speed to 115200

        c. Select Open to start session
