    Hi guys.

I need your assistance as currently we encountered an issue where the web GUI management is inaccessible.
    It was accessible previously.
However, when I tried to access the Web GUI, it was not accessible.
No configuration change was done during this period.

We did a level 1 troubleshooting,
The NTP had been sync to the correct timestamp, did restart on the web-management process by running the command - restart web-management - but it is still the same
I did a telnet from my laptop via port 443 and and port 80, and only port 80 is able to connect successfully.

On the debug log, I found the following message:

httpd error: : httpd: Error: Can't open a socket on , port 80
httpd error: : httpd: Error: Can't listen for HTTP on :80
httpd error: : httpd: Error: Can't start HTTP service, exiting.
httpd error: : httpd: Error: Can't open a socket on , port 80
httpd error: : httpd: Error: Can't listen for HTTP on :80
httpd error: : httpd: Error: Can't start HTTP service, exiting.

I did some googling around the error message.
Some of them mentioned about the CPU, memory and storage.
I followed their command to check the status but no abnormalities is found.
There is also mentioning of firmware version bug, but it does not seem logical as the device was able to access the web GUI a few days ago.

Please advise if there are any solutions to resolve.
Do note that rebooting the device is not possible as the device is in production.
    Thanks.

    Hi,

I means check your storage whether it full or not. The previous i facing when u enable GUI then it slowly will it storage and the file is httpd. I'm facing this issue in two srx1500. When i ask JTAC then jtac said that normal and advise me to disable GUI if not used. U can check using linux comand but i forget the command.

    Thanks
