So that means you are seeing STP chg notifications on vlan 5 coming form that port .
100% normal if you seen a flap or some kinda STP change for that vlan
Sorry I cannot remember how on cisco but you can look to see when it last got the topo chan like
show spanning-tree bridge detail vlan-id 5 in junos.
Just a share. always recommend you setup your uplinks that you KNOW should never been a root port .
set protocols vstp interface ge-0/0/0 no-root-port
