Hi Innovators,
Thank you to all who participated in our recent survey about Juniper Pathfinder! Here are some snippets of what your peers in the networking industry said:
- 70% of you have used Pathfinder.
- For those who haven't, Pathfinder is a one-stop shop for Juniper product information from authenticated resources. You can access it here: Pathfinder | Juniper Networks.
- The majority of Pathfinder users use it at least once every fortnight. Nearly 30% of you use it several times a week, with the most common use case being: access documentation for how to operate a product after setup.
- Within Pathfinder, the Hardware Compatibility Tool and Feature Explorer are the most used apps.
- A whopping 93% of you said you were satisfied or very satisfied with your Pathfinder experience; no one expressed they were dissatisfied.
- We also hear your comments on how we can make your Pathfinder experience even better, including making the pages easier to navigate, including more visual content, and tailoring documentation for specific product versions.
- One Innovator from Australia said of Juniper Pathfinder: "Great tool. Good links. [I] use it a lot to validate component compatibility."
The Junivators working on Pathfinder really appreciate your feedback! Here's what you can expect moving forward:
Your inputs are tremendously appreciated as we're currently in active discussions around the Pathfinder roadmap. For 2H'23 and into 2024 we'll be putting specific efforts into data cleanliness and accuracy, UI updates, and more. We're also actively exploring options for adding AI into the mix to further enhance the Pathfinder experience. –Juniper stakeholder
Thank you again! And just a reminder that we have an Ask-Me-Anything about PTX, routing, and optics with a Juniper Senior Manager next week, so you can start sending in your questions for him here.
