Here's what your peers in the networking industry said:
- Almost half of you who responded to this survey are architects, principal engineers, and engineers.
- Most important sustainability measures in product evaluation are:
- Contribution to overall network/IT infrastructure energy use
- Power rating
- Energy efficiency rating

51% of you think it is extremely/very important that manufacturers should offer both energy efficient and less energy efficient network equipment options.
- Energy efficiency is considered more important for routers and switches than for security solutions/products.

2 out of 3 indicate that your organization either has or seek partnerships with suppliers to deploy energy efficient equipment.
- Green shipping that could mean longer shipping time is desired by43% of you.
