    Hi Innovators, 

    Thank you to all who participated in our recent survey about hardware product and packaging sustainability! Here are some snippets of what your peers in the networking industry said: 

    • Most important hardware design principle is Design for Maximizing Product Life—86% rated this as extremely/very important
    • 51% said a take-back program is extremely/very important for a electronic hardware supplier to offer
    • Most common hardware product disposal method is donating to an e-collector, followed by reselling for refurbishment
    • Most common data security level for e-waste solution is following standards applied by a licensed e-waste recycler—43% selected this option
    • When it comes to Juniper packaging that gets recycled/reused, the most common type is corrugate/paper craft
