As you said, the ntp connection was already established using the ip method.
Is there anything else I need to check besides ntp?

From the screenshot it looks like all is working fine, and you don't have traffic stats. To resolve it please try the following:
- Configure NTP server for the router. If you haven't configured the DNS, better would be to use NTP server IP address instead of FQDN
- Make sure the NTP server is accessible from the linux cli. To verify it -> login to each node with admin -> shell -> ping <NTP_Server>
- After point 1 and 2 are fine and you can access the NTP server -> reboot both nodes sequentially (to not interrupt the traffic)
This should resolve the issue that you have.
