  • 1.  [SSR-128T] I need help with SSR dashboard display error.

    Hello everyone.
    As you can see in the SSR operation screen, the bandwidth and number of sessions are displayed as N/A. How can I solve this problem?

    Hi,

    From the screenshot it looks like all is working fine, and you don't have traffic stats. To resolve it please try the following:

    1. Configure NTP server for the router. If you haven't configured the DNS, better would be to use NTP server IP address instead of FQDN
    2. Make sure the NTP server is accessible from the linux cli. To verify it -> login to each node with admin -> shell -> ping <NTP_Server>
    3. After point 1 and 2 are fine and you can access the NTP server -> reboot both nodes sequentially (to not interrupt the traffic)

    This should resolve the issue that you have.

    hello.

    First of all, thank you very much for answering our inquiry.

    As you said, the ntp connection was already established using the ip method.

    Is there anything else I need to check besides ntp?
