  • 1.  SRX1500 SW Upgrade Path

    Hello Everyone,

    Please enlighten me with SW Upgrade.

    We have scheduled upgrade of SRX1500 with 15.X49 version to 21.2R3-S7 due to the recent CVE.

    Based on Juniper KB the upgrade path for 21.2R3 version is 15.X49 -> 19.4R3 SR -> 20.4R3 -> 21.2R3.

    1. Is the 20.4R3 Normal Release or Service Release? Which one should I use?
    2. After the 20.4R3 upgrade, can I use the SR version? or should I go first to 21.2R3 normal version first?
