    Hi.

    If a Juniper L2 VTEP has not learnt any MAC address yet, what will it do with a Broadcast or Unkown destination frame received on its L2 port? Will it drop it, or flood it over relevant VXLAN tunnels?

    it will be flooded out  so that the local vtep learns what other vtep is connected to the destination host.  further more all, other vteps will learn of that same destination as well as the source hosts MAC.
