  • 1.  QSFP to SFP converter - link is not coming up

    Hi Everyone,
    Has anyone use QSFP+ to SFP+ converted in QFX10002-36Q chassis? 

    I would like to bring up a 59km link with 10G-ZR SFP+ . Else we would have to pay 2x6000-7000$  for 100G QSFP

    We got the converter CVR-QSFP-SFP10G from fs.com  and in the chassis hardware the converter show as:
    Xcvr 23 NON-JNPR UNKNOWN

    The SFP I have inserted in the converer is a SFP+-10G-ZR from fs.com as well

    Any help would be appreciated !

    I finally figure it out.  Look like the I missed/forgot about the port grouping and chanellization.
    After changing the channellization from 40g to 10G it the port came and work.
