PADI dropped due to duplicate client

    This issue might occur in certain conditions, e.g., a processing error occurs for underlying interface (UIFL).
When the issue occurs, the similar log messages are observed:
...
Dropping PADI due to Duplicate Client (01:00:00:00:00:00)  <<<<< PPPoE subscriber login failure
Dropping PADI due to Duplicate Client (01:00:00:00:00:00)
...

While the PPPoE interface with such MAC addresse is not active.
user@hostname> show pppoe interfaces |match 01:00:00:00:00:00

    "short-cycle-protection" configured for dynamic VLAN and "duplicate-protection" configured, PPPoE subscribers might encounter connection failures and duplicate client error messages
