MX204 upgrade failed from 20.4 to 21.4

    Hi team,

    We have tried to upgrade MX204 Junos from 20.4R2.7 to either 21.3 or 21.4 but still failed. The RPD can't be started after upgraded to 21.x.

    Here is error message:
    MX204R1 rpd[11408]: JTASK_ASSERT: Assertion failed rpd[11408]: file "../../../../../../../../../src/layer3/usr.sbin/rpd/bgp/bgp_rt.c", line 5434: "rte"
    MX204R1 rpd[11408]: JTASK_ABORT: abort rpd[11408] version 21.3R1.9 built by builder on 2021-09-15 21:15:44 UTC: Invalid argument

    We have tried many times and no simliar case on Juniper's bug report so we would like to ask everyone to see any hints. Thanks.
