    R4.04-00                        0x17    0xcf3      881 L1
    

    What do 03 and 04 mean ?  Any docs explain them ?

    LSPID is in the format of: System-ID.PseudoNode.FragmentID, in this case, 03 and 04 are part of the PseudoNode item in the LSPID.
