We currently are running Junos: 15.1X53-D591.1 . as i see your upgrade path 14.1 > 16.1 > 17.2 > 18.1 > 18.4 > 19.3 > 20.2 > 21.2 > 21.4 .
on the download section i only have the version 18.2 and later available. is it save to jump from our verion to 18.2 ? as 16.1 > 17.2 > 18.1 are not available for me ? please advice. thank you for your help guys. Best regards , Danny

Hello Usman,
A direct upgrade on EX4300 from 14.1X53 to 21.4 is possible based on the test performed in the Juniper lab with baseline configuration and no line cards. It is highly recommended to test the upgrade in your lab with the complete configuration and line cards before implementing the same in production.
Based on the release notes, the standard upgrade path for EX4300 from 14.1X53 to 21.4 is:
14.1 > 16.1 > 17.2 > 18.1 > 18.4 > 19.3 > 20.2 > 21.2 > 21.4

Hope you all are doing well, i need a support here as i recently joined the organization and noticed that one of my device EX4300 which is currently configured in VC and its running on outdated Junos current OS is 14.1X53-D46.7, while planning for upgrade to stable OS, i got to know that this OS is EOS now, kindly let me know how can i upgrade the device now, while what upgradation path must be followed, Currently available Junos-SR for subjected device is 19.4 to 21.4.

- Why should I upgrade?
- A newer version of the OS includes new features, enhancements, and bug fixes. Learn more about the benefits of upgrading.
- We will no longer accept, or action, support cases for Junos releases 14 or 16 starting on Feb. 15, 2024, and releases 12 and 15 starting on Aug. 31, 2024. Don't delay! Start your upgrade process today.
- Exceptions: If your hardware is using the last-supported software version (LSV) for Junos, your support will continue until your hardware's EOL date, which you may locate here.
- Are any hardware platforms excluded from this notification?
- Yes. As noted above, hardware running LSV versions of Junos maintain support until its EOL date, including:
- SRX110, SRX210, SRX220, SRX240, and SRX650 devices running Junos 12.3X48. That hardware is eligible for support until November 30, 2024.
- QFX 3008 running Junos 14.1x53-D130. That hardware is eligible for support until August 31, 2024.
- T1600, T4000, and T640 running Junos 16.2. That hardware is eligible for support until August 31, 2024.
