Hi, I recently passed my JNCIS-SP, and I am about to start preparation for JNCIP-SP. But like JNCIS-SP, I am not being able to find a proper guide to prepare for JNCIP-SP.

So can anyone suggest me the proper material specially - books to prepare for JNCIP-SP?

    Hi Rojal,

    Congrats on passing the JNCIS-SP.

I'm also thinking to start my SP journey and planning to use the following resources:

    https://learningportal.juniper.net/juniper/user_activity_info.aspx?id=JUNIPER-CERTIFICATION-PROGRAM-HOME

    https://learningportal.juniper.net/juniper/user_activity_info.aspx?id=11478#static

Please give it a try and let me know.

    Best,

I'm currently studying for the JNCIP-SP, I would highly recommend the 531 track (3 IA Certs and 2 IS Certs) to provide you with the access to the free JNCIP-SP training - It's one of the most in depth courses I've used.

For books I'd recommend checking out the Day One books, some of these cover some of the topics:

    https://www.juniper.net/documentation/jnbooks/us/en/day-one-books#cat=all_books

You have a lot of choice, for Routing Protocols (OSPF, IS-IS and eBGP) you can download this books:

    https://www.juniper.net/documentation/en_US/day-one-books/DO_Routing_the_IP.pdf

Other then Junos Specific books, I'd definitely check out MPLS in the SDN Era:

    https://www.amazon.co.uk/MPLS-SDN-Era-Interoperable-Scenarios/dp/149190545X

Other than these, I'd definitely recommend the Juniper Ambassadors blog posts:

    https://www.networkfuntimes.com/ - Chris Parker

    https://momcanfixanything.com/ - Yasmin Lara

    https://jncie.eu/about-me/ - Christian Scholz

    https://danhearty.wordpress.com/tag/juniper/ - Dan Hearty

You can also check out Junipers YouTube which goes over configuration videos as well:

I think CBT Nuggets should have some video on this too.
