Hi Innovators! We hope you have had a wonderful new year and a successful January. We are very excited for what's to come this year in this community, and we have a ton of fun and interesting research planned for you. With that being said, we want to hear from you:

1) My personal highlight from January is that I took a weekend trip to LA and got to catch up with friends whom I haven't seen in a long time! I also got to visit some wonderful bookstores that I've been admiring through social media for the longest time. And it was nice getting a temporary respite from the rainy weather in the San Francisco Bay Area where I'm based. 😉

2) Juniper just launched the industry's first AI-Native Networking Platform! As a part of the Customer Insights team, I'm excited to start delving into the public reception to this announcement and finding out what people like yourself think. I anticipate this would be one of my biggest work projects in February. If you have any feedback, feel free to send an email to kylajiayiz@juniper.net or comment in this thread.

Happy new year! Great questions!

1) I actually just recently received a promotion that started on the first of the year! I have been really excited about it and so far so good!

2) I am looking forward to all of the upcoming vacations I have coming up in the next few months. I have a lot of close friends getting married this year so I have a few bachelor trips to go on as well as some weddings to attend. I am excited for that and also to grow in my professional life as well.

1)      What was a professional and/or personal highlight from January?

> In the month of January, I broke my personal record for amount of books read in one month! It was exciting that I found so many stories and genres I am interested in, and I can't wait to find more books that make me excited to read in the future.

2)      What are you most looking forward to in February in particular or even the rest of the year?

> I am looking forward to a work trip that I have planned in February. It will be the first time I meet a few co-workers in person, and I have been excited to build a bond with them beyond just video calls.  I think this trip will be great for my professional career and help our team start off the new year right!
