  • 1.  Is there any place i can download the Log Collector version below 20.x

    Hi all,

    Look like on Juniper Web already remove log collector below version 20.x. But i need version 19.x and 18.x. Is there any method i can get it instead open support?

    Thanks and appreciate any feedback

    The main channel for downloads of versions not public on the support download site is via support tickets.

    If that is not an option, you can contact your sales team and see if the files can be provided via that channel instead.
