    Hi everyone,
    In this scenario:

I would like to create a configuration in which R6 does not have to act as a transit router.
Let me explain better: the traffic between R4 and R5 must never go through R6.
I tried to configure R6 as lever 1 router, getting the expected result, but the LSP tunnels don't work.
    Tips?
    Thank you.

    Hi,

It's not that clear from the description provided, with the default metrics for ISIS traffic sourced from R4 will not transit R6 in order to get to R5.
Your LSP breaks when deploying L1 because on R6 you will have just a default route pointing to the L2 router, I assume you're using RSVP and TE(which work under the same area/level in terms of IGP) and because of that you'll lose L2 PDUs that make up the TED.

What kind of traffic are you talking about? IP, MPLS? and sourced from which device?

    Resolved.
    IS-IS overload.
