    How can I reset the (console)password for an IDP-200?

    When I connect the console I get the login prompt but cannot open the CD Tray to install the Appliance CD.

    Hi,

     

    I dont know how to reset the console password, im just trying to remember is the the CD tray not a slot cd tray? So it doesnt open you just push the CD in. I cant rememeber as it is awhile since I have done it and it might be the larger IDPs. 

     

    Just a tought

    Hi Andy,

            Thank you for your reply. When I press the eject button on the CD tray nothing happens. I don't see any light either. So I cannot eject the tary to insert the CD. Is there any other solution while the sensor boots up, as I have access to the console while booting up.

     Sorry , you were correct just need to push the CD in. I was trying to eject
