  • 1.  FWX3500S EoL software

    Hello All, 

    We have some stand alone QFX3500s that we wanted to recover after failed junos upgrade. somehow the recovary is failing and we keep going back to the Loader prompt. 
    we not sure if we are loading wrong software as we cant see recommended SW on juniper site. it says nothing about the QFX3500s. i guess it due to it being EoL. 

    On the download page though if we search for QFX3500 it shows Junos 15.1  and we managed to download that. we having failed recovery with both format install from USB or TFTP. 

    Any insights on recovering the switch to any working version will be appreciated.

    Hello,

    Not yet. The switches are all stuck at loader prompt and our efforts to restore from loader prompt failed. We tried to get install media instead of install package we were using but on the juniper page there is only install package for the QFX 3500.

    So we still stuck at loader prompt. Do you have an idea how we can progress without install media or how to acquire install media for switch that is no longer under support?
