We are planning to upgrade our Junos Fusion Enterprise on Ex92xx Aggregation devices, However we are confused about the upgradation path as the two commands related to JUNOS OS version displays different outputs. i.e.
- Juniper version displayed under "show vmhost version" output differs from the one displayed in "show version".

Junos: 17.4R2-S61) Can someone please guide why there is a mismatch in OS versions displayed by the the two commands?
and
2) what
starting point (i.e 17.4 or 17.1 ) we need to consider in deciding our upgradation path. We will be upgrading to OS 20.X. with max 2EEOL iterations as recommended.
