From the description it seems likely this is hardware failure.
You should open a ticket with support, I think these are covered for hardware issues like that and would likely be replaced.

Unfortunately, the ctrl +c combination doesn't affect this behavior. It keeps rebooting.
It stops at the dram initialization, which is not stated in any of the article cases. I hope this is not a hardware failure as we urgently need this unit.
Is there anyway to fix it?

I'm facing a problem with our EX4500 switch . suddenly , all switch ports are on and it looks stuck at some part .
in console , the switch is booting till Dram initialization and then reboot again .
