  • 1.  DHCP-service

    Hi all,

     

    After the configuration of DHCP on the Ex4200.  We have to reboot the Ex4200 one time to get the DHCP-service active (This happens sometimes).  Is there a way to get the DHCP service active without rebooting the switch?

    I would contact jtac or your reseller on this one - you shouldn't have to re-boot.

    You don't normally restart a service/router, Hey JTAC guys you should look at this :). Here is a quick workaround just to save your reboot, u better use restart service instead of a reboot ...

     

    jahil@R1> restart dhcp-service

    Is this correct?
