Client loss the connectivity one particular time, why issue happenned.Issue resolved. But he want cause for that.it is only one specific traffic, that application is mount on One VM.
i checked log messages
#sh log messages
not event for this ,no messages also.
Please tell any other way to check and give some commands to check this issue.

I do not think you would be able to get the cause now. If the issue is ongoing you can put flow traceoptions to determine why packets are dropped.
In this case as issue is not persisting, you can check your device logs and see if any events had happened around the disconnection event.
Also, verify if it was one specific traffic or all traffic which was affected.
best you may raise case with JTAC as well to see anything can be found in logs.

Destination ip:10.28.0.103
How to find a reason for this, how can i check in a firewall. Please help on this...
