Hey Alan,
You can think of that
mgmt1
interface as an out-of-band access network. It is primarily used to connect to the console and 128T gui from the Onramp interface. It also provides convenient access between other systems in the environment which is useful for copying pcaps or configs.
We also currently use this network for accessing conductor, but have plans to make conductor accessible through the 'internet router' to better simulate real-world configurations.

Subject: Conductor/Router Mgmt on a traffic network?
Hi Folks,
In the Onramp system, the management plane is left in Centos, is there a reason for this?
Can I have the management interface on a device/network interface inside the 128T?
