Whether the address is static or dhcp should not matter. Are there any potential differences in the two ip settings?
Are the DNS servers the same? Perhaps the static ones are for the ISP that went down or otherwise unreachable.
Is the subnet the same and using the same gateway?
Are the address ranges using different potential security policy or nat rules?

Subject: Computers only browse if they are in DHCP
Hey guys,I have a very strange incident.I have an SRX300 with two Links, a main link and a backup. My main link has a connection problem and the backup link took over, however the computers on this network only browse the internet if they are connected via DHCP, but on my network all computers I set a fixed IP.What can it be ?I tested Link backup by connecting directly to a computer and it is browsing normally. Can you help me ?
