Ah, got it. I don't have any e practical experience with the integrated DCI feature and I don't cover it in my videos or documentation. I'll see if I can find some time in my lab to play with it this weekend. In the meantime, if you're just looking for a direct DCI link over a layer-2 connection, follow the instructions in my "direct peering" video. That workflow uses the same OTT gateway as the OTT video.

Staged --> Virtual --> Routing Zones --> Default --> Interfaces is empty in my case. It did show the interfaces there when I did OTT DCI, but not with integrated DCI. I tried also adding external systems but that didn't add the interfaces there either

Great!
I showed OTT and direct peer DCI in my videos series more on that at the end...
To answer your question, you configure transit interface ips in the interface config in the routing zones in the virtual tab.
I know I make a point in my video about how this configuration isn't in an intuitive location. That's why I'm asking questions about direct peering vs. DCI interconnect (which I don't cover in my videos or the companion documentation).

We're using Apstra 4.2.1. For now this is just for labbing to see how this would work out and what it would look like. There are some uses cases we're thinking about but it would be just sharing few of the current VLANs/VNIs to different DC. If we can containt the fault domains a bit with Integrated DCI it would be interesting as we wouldn't like to create a huge fabric consisting all of our DCs.
We've already tried Over the Top DCI option and just got it working in a setup where the two "data centers" are something like 50m apart in the same building. Thank you for the videos, it seems to be working great :)

What version of Apstra are you using? Can you tell me a bit about your design? Are you trying to directly connect two blueprints together?
I have some examples and even some videos, but I want to make sure they are aligned with your use-case before pointing you in that direction

Trying to lab this but after reading the documentation it's quite unclear for me where to set up the local IP address used for the DCI? I can set the remote IP uner Local and Remote Gateways and this also adds Local Gateways to the list, but I don't see a place where I could configure local IP addressing
