Juniper has a tool called Feature explorer where you can verify which models and versions of Junos have particular features available. This is the link for sflow.
https://apps.juniper.net/feature-explorer/parent-feature-info.html?pFKey=1424&pFName=sFlow%20technologyAs you suspected, this is not supported on the virtual platforms.
You can have a look at the general flow monitoring features page to see what is available on the virtual platforms that might fit your needs.

Subject: About sflow
Hello, i am a Junos beginner.
I want to confirm my understanding about sflow.
1. sFlow agent embedded in the device, so it is a hardware-solution , isn't it ?
2. vSRX/SRX does not support sflow and supports jflow instead , right ?
Did vSRX/SRX support sflow before ?
3. I found below sflow setting in juniper document, is that all series which support sflow ?
Syntax (EX Series)
Syntax (MX Series and EX92xx)
Syntax (PTX Series, QFX Series, OCX Series, ACX Series, and EX4600)
Any answer will help me alot
Thanks !
