  • 1.  EX2200 cannot boot junos, cannot go to loader

    Helo,

     

    I have strange problem with Juniper EX2200 series.

    Cannot boot to junos, so i try to reinstall junos but I can't even enter loader mode when I've hit space bar is not work.

    By the way I cannot open this case to JTAC because support of this box is over

    Try connect to console again by using putty app. Don't use SecureCRT. Good luck! 🙂

    when i press CTRL+C it doesn't respond and complete restarting and when it finish till login: , it doesn't respond the root and doesn't respond any thing

    Try using spacebar, not Control-C.

    If the instructions in kb27255 don't work, do contact Juniper support.  Most of the EX line has a limited lifetime hardware warranty.  Juniper is standing behind these products in many of these types of cases.
