Total memory on SRX1500 is 2gb

    Hello,

    Our juniper SRX1500 display only 2GB of RAM instead of 16GB

    When i run:
    show chassis routing-engine
    Total memory 1954 MB Max 1368 MB used


    "top" command is showing a total of 2GB also. 

    It run on version 15 but we also try on version 20 but problem is the same. They run on a cluster.

    Any ideas why ? It seem SRX1500 should have a total of 16GB of RAM
