    can't load 'kernel'

Type '?' for a list of commands, 'help' for more detailed help.
    loader> set currdev="disk1s1a"
    loader> include /boot/loader.rc
can't open '/boot/loader.rc': no such file or directory
    loader>

Even if i plugged my usb as i've seen on many KB it shows no directory

    Any suggestion?

    Thank you in advance

Your system is crashed at the loader prompt.  The general kb for the ex crash is here tagged to the loader prompt section.

    https://kb.juniper.net/InfoCenter/index?page=content&id=KB20464#loader

There are two usb recovery options linked there.  Which one are you following and at which step do you have an issue?

If you are installing Junos from the loader prompt you use the version file tgz that you want to be running when completed.
