  • 1.  NSM 2008.1r2 EX-switches log

    Hi,

I have EX 4200 9.2r10 switches managed by NSM.

NSM show alarms and status of them right, but I can't see anything in NSM logs.

Is there way to configure sending events to NSM, like in screenOS?

Unfortunatly, JUNOS devices send event logs in syslog format, and NSM cannot receive syslog-formatted messages. At present, you would need to look at either a STRM unit (Security Threat Response Manager, Juniper's nifty multi-vendor-capable event-correlation appliance) or some other syslog-capable server to parse the event logs from JUNOS devices.
