    Guys, how are you? My SRX300 bugged total.
    
    It was in operation and crashed and never came back.
    
    Already tried to restore the operating system Junos but without success. It has the AMBAR LED and does not charge. Could you help me?
    
    I connected it via usb cable (console) through the COM8 port and is just with this information:
    
    Press Enter to stop auto bootsequencing and enter enter loader prompt.
    
    I enter ENTER and it goes to LOADER>

    Hello,

     

    if a recovery installation with an USB device does not work, please open a JTAC case for RMA replacement. SRX300 series devices shipped until June 2019 seem to have an internal flash which do not last very long, it is possible that it became faulty in your case.

    RMA means "Return Material Authorization". You inform Juniper that your device suffers a hardware fault, and Juniper creates an RMA order so that you can send back your faulty device to get a new or repaired device from Juniper.

    Thank you very much for the reply, as the device is in Brazil we will send it to an authorized service. Grateful for the time available to help me. This community is amazing.
