    Hi everyone,

     

    I am trying to find default Total buffer size on MX5 on Gig port, is it 200 msec ?

    Hi sarah,

     

    That depends on the MIC, what is the MIC you are using in MX5

    buffer size is 100ms by default for mpc. but you can configure it via delay-buffer-rate knob

    Hi Sarah,

     

    To provide larger buffers on JMPC, the delay buffer can be increased from the default 100 ms to 200 ms of the port speed, and can also be oversubscribed using the delay-buffer-rate configuration per port.
