  • 1.  NAT/PAT on MX204

    Hi,

     

    I am looking for advice whether MX204 support basic NAT feature like 20 bucks TPLink does for LAN user to acces to Internet?

     

    Example, we have one private subnet 192.168.0.0/24 on LAN side and one public IP address 1.1.1.1 on Internet facing side of MX204. We would like to do NAT so that all LAN users be able to access to Internet. Can this basic NAT feature be done on MX204?

    MX204 only support inline NAT.

    All juniper boxes does support inline nat only. If you need other nat/pat features, you need to install MS-MIC-16G or MS-MPC-128G card to those boxes. Unfortunately, You don't have any slots to install those cards in MX204.
