    Hi Sven,

Can you confirm if the ezsetup was completed properly, as the below link state,

I mean, were you able to set hostname, password and remain settings? or it was not completed?

Yes all works fine, it was completed setup.

I can Login also wenn i plug in in the Management port from other Computer and enter Switch IP.
Problem was i got this Switch and have no data from them.
I try USB to connect, ok don´t work.
Then i try Console Port and connect to serial, works, but i leave USB connected.
Now i plug in power cable and one fan works, but not loud.
Plug in USB Switch running and i can connect with serial.
All works but only with connected USB and running Laptop.

I have add some screens, maybe helps.

It seems you have a file system problem. Primarily in older releases, the EX2200 is vulnerable to just disconnecting the power cable. I try to use "request system halt" whenever I can if I need to unplug a switch.

Have you tried this?  fsck -y /dev/da0s1a

If all else fails, you can format the flash and install Junos from a USB stick. Do you have a Junos image at hand, preferably Junos 12.3R12-S15 which is the recommended release?

Ok i will try this command.
But why i t boot when USB plug in ? crazy.
No i don´t have any image, you have it for me?

    I try request system halt
    request: Command not found

    works system halted
    command shutdown now
Enter full patchname of shell or recovery for root password or Return /bin/sh:

I try also over the Web Frontend same same

but don´t boot only with power cord
    He want the USB
