    Hi, JUNOS 12.3R12-S8 was released just a couple of days ago (31st JAN 2018) & JUNOS 12.3R12-S8 TSB is yet to be published.

    The list if bug fix for Junos 12.3R12-S8 in TSB is yet to be pubished. (it will be out soon).

    There are total of 13 PR/Bug fixes in Junos 12.3R12-S8 & the JSA you listed is one of the bug fix in JUNOS 12.3R12-S8 (tracked via PR1269932).
