    hi guys

i am setting up a simple network static routes between an SRX and Cisco routers.
for some reason I am unable to reach the host on the SRX side via static routes from Cisco,  but can see routes  from the Cisco router's routing table.
SRX ping to static routes pointing Cisco router works are all fine with no issue.

-ive put the interfaces to same routing-instance and same zone
-have allowed host-inbound-traffic all, ping, protocols on both interfaces

not sure what else im missing - seems a simple straight forward set-up but  not working : /

Are you running the ping with the routing instance specified?
By default ping alone will source from the base or root routing instance which will not have reachability.
