Ran into in issue connecting to the serial console of a Silicom Madrid server using the provided cable. Below is the fix.
The Silicom server serial console is implemented as a USB device port. It requires that a Silicon Labs CP210x driver be installed on the host computer. With the driver installed it should show up as a COMxx port under Windows. The serial port uses 115200,8,N,1.
